Neurodiversity-Affirming Co-Thinking Sessions: Supporting Growth, Inclusion & Authenticity at Work (including Access to Work)

Through co-thinking sessions I aim to...

1-1 Co-Thinking Sessions for Neurodivergent People in Work

My 1:1 co-thinking sessions supports neurodivergent professionals in navigating the workplace with confidence, embracing their strengths, and developing strategies that align with their identity. I provide a safe, affirming space to explore your experiences and challenges within systems not designed for neurodivergence.  â€‹

Our Focus:

  • Finding Your Voice – Build confidence in advocating for your needs and communicating effectively.

  • Understanding Your Strengths – Identify and leverage your unique skills while acknowledging challenges.

  • Navigating Workplace Dynamics – Develop strategies for sensory, communication, emotional, or executive functioning differences.

  • Balancing Wellbeing & Realism – Create a toolkit for thriving at work while acknowledging systemic barriers.

  • Honouring Intersectional Experiences – Explore your neurodivergence within the context of your full identity.

Bringing together knowledge around communication and sensory processing, We co-create the sessions to help you feel empowered, supported, and more at home in your workplace. Whether overcoming specific challenges or building confidence, coaching offers a personalised and affirming path forward.

1-1 Co-Thinking Sessions for Managers, Leaders & HR Professionals

1:1 co-thinking sessions for managers, leaders and HR professionals are designed to help you create a neurodiversity-affirming workplace by equipping you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to support neurodivergent employees effectively. Co-thinking sessions offer a collaborative space to foster lasting cultural change.  â€‹

Our Focus:

  • Understanding Neurodivergent Strengths – Recognise how communication, processing, and sensory experiences shape the workplace and harness these strengths for team success.

  • Building Inclusive Practices – Embed neuroinclusion across recruitment, retention, and daily workplace practices.

  • Creating a Supportive Culture – Implement adjustments and leadership approaches that enable neurodivergent employees to thrive.

  • Enhancing Leadership Skills – Strengthen your ability to lead diverse teams with confidence and inclusivity.

  • Challenging Systemic Barriers – Critically evaluate workplace structures (Lorde, 1984) to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

Blending evidence-based knowledge with practical insights, I bring knowledge on communication and sensory integration to your insights on your organisation and team to help you lead with empathy and clarity. Co-thinking sessions are tailored to your team and organisational goals, empowering you to build a truly inclusive workplace where neurodivergent employees can thrive.

Group/Team Co-Thinking Sessions

Group co-thinking sessions provide a collaborative space for growth, reflection, and shared learning in a neurodiversity-affirming environment. Designed for both neurodivergent employees and those in leadership roles, these sessions foster connection, collective growth, and inclusive workplace practices.

Group Co-Thinking Options:

  • Neurodivergent Employees – Explore shared experiences, build confidence, and develop strategies for navigating the workplace while advocating for your needs.

  • Managers & Leaders – Collaborate on challenges, share insights, and implement inclusive practices that support neurodivergent employees at every stage of the employee journey.

  • Neurodivergent Managers & Leaders – Navigate leadership challenges while embracing your neurodivergent identity, strengthening confidence, and leading authentically.

Rooted in grassroots activism from feminist, LGBTQ+, and racial justice movements, these sessions cultivate safeR and brave (Arao & Clemens, 2013) spaces—designed to minimise harm, encourage accountability, and support open, transformative dialogue.

Good to know:

  • All sessions can be funded through Access to Work

  • Sessions can be held online or in person for individuals or organisations within 45 minutes-1.5 hours drive of EX17.

  • Before the first session, I will provide information on my reasonable adjustment needs and request information on any reasonable adjustments the people I am working with have. I will endeavour to support these, wherever possible.

  • Depending on the nature of the work we do together, you may need to print some materials to use in the sessions, or have a separate device available to access them on.

  • In line with my ongoing commitment to accessibility, I will be using Heidi Health in sessions—where consented to. You can read more about this here.
