Initial Planning & Reflection Call (60-90 mins, or 2 shorter calls))
A collaborative conversation to clarify your focus areas, explore what’s already known or suspected, and co-design the direction of the assessment.Communication Assessment Session (90 mins or 2 x 45 minute sessions)
A relational space to explore how you understand, express, and connect — including language, processing, interaction, scripting, advocacy, and communication preferences.Sensory & Regulation Assessment Session (90 mins)
Focused on your sensory processing patterns — how you process sensory input, what supports or overwhelms you, and how this affects daily functioning, regulation, and well-being.Reflective Questionnaires
You’ll be invited to complete a small number of reflective tools or questionnaires to inform the assessment process — these aren’t tests, and we’ll use them flexibly. This element includes 2-3 hours of my time, indirectly, reviewing and analysing the feedback as part of the assessment.Comprehensive Written Report (6–8 pages)
A collaborative and affirming document summarising your strengths, challenges, processing differences, and support needs, with clear, neurodivergent-affirming language and practical recommendations.Debrief Session (60 mins)
A chance to reflect together on your report, 1-2 weeks following publication, for you to ask questions, and talk through next steps — whether that’s personal insight, workplace advocacy, or future support.Record Keeping, Planning and Reflection
Throughout this assessment process, my time spent report writing, record keeping after sessions, planning and preparing for our time together, or reflecting and analysing on the assessment information we build together, is also included. A minimum of 6-8 hours.
